is there any way to leverage the companies that own your code if you create open source projects while hired by them? how binding is this agreement. does it apply automatically or can they cherrypick it?
what can you put in there that's a liability when it goes through. can you trade with other people, working on their workplace's open source project, to create jurisdictional disputes? what about back doors.
