look all I'm saying is that if we feed the rats and make them feel like the cities care for them, they'll go to the ratfateria instead of breaking into trash cans. they'll hang out in their rat parks instead of menacing commuters and suburban transplants. they'll carry less diseases because u could put things in the food.
sure, there will be even more of them when you fully support them, but then it won't really be a rat 'problem', will it. everyone will love the rats that slowly are losing their instinct to eat trash and houses. your fences, shrubs, trashcans, and house are a rat playground, why not give them a real one?
