it's so fucking funny that they didn't even clearcoat the cybertruck so if you don't towel it off after rain it'll eventually start rusting because they can't do it with more corrosion resistant Stainless Steel types, and most of them still rust under Outside Conditions, you can just buff it off and have it create a new protective passivation layer
but that doesn't work if it's structural... because you're still removing metal at that point.
let me state this more clearly: the body, unlike most cars, is structural and load bearing. it's an exoskeleton. This isn't even getting into the horror that is Road Salt.
"cohost has way too many [x]" is an extremely funny self-own given the degree of user-customizability there is in what you see on this website
I wonder if this might be a reaction to the now-expectation of social media users to be force-fed posts they didn't agree to see from users they don't follow about topics they don't care about.
As grating as that is on every other platform, it does at least give a sense of vibrancy, diversity (even if that's "wow there's a lot more antivax people here than I thought") that you don't really get on Cohost if you consciously or subconsciously curate your feed to only show you topics you're interested in - something Cohost is almost unique in allowing and encouraging you to do.
its not helped by people using really general tags for really specific things, flooding the zone
