Back before EEAAO, Daniels worked on a bunch of music videos. I particularly like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PaMiVDZu_T4
bachelorette is such a classic for me, and a great song too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U94S_XrhjDI
Hm, first ones that come to mind from way back are both Chemical Brothers
Let Forever Be: https://youtu.be/s5FyfQDO5g0
Star Guitar: https://youtu.be/0S43IwBF0uM
does stuff like this count because if so https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lRPEny5jug
I care too much about Avicii's Silhouettes. 100% because of the era it came out in. If it came out today, it'd be mid-to-problematique. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VJBBUqr1wM
Breezeblocks by Alt-j. If you haven't heard the song, the first couple of lines go "You may contain the urge to run away, but hold her down with soggy clothes and Breezeblocks". If I remember correctly, Breezeblocks is a british term for cinderblock? Anyways, the music video is you watching a crime or two happening in reverse. I think it's well done, but I also remember having some pretty strong debates with friends about what exactly happened. Eventually googling it, apparently the reason it's shot backwards is so you can debate what happened, however my argument matched if you thought about what the video would look like in real time, and my friends argument matched what would happen watching the video as is (reversed time)... so I felt like I was right on that one lmao

Also, while not the actual music video, I think Madeon - Pop culture (Dance Video - Walt Whitman High School VY 2012) is extremely well done, especially given it's students it seems like
Beautiful song, beautiful vid https://youtu.be/B6Y-WsgpzlQ?si=h40ID61_5gBIRzMx
This one's so fun to watch :3 https://youtu.be/ABS-mlep5rY?si=VBMK_GYdgM8Cvhp3

Pretty much all the mellennium parade music videos qualify
Fly With Me (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuXZMQAD9vU) deserves a 6-episode OVA
Trepanation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdmBqZDzpM8) is probably my favorite of them though
Shugo Tokumaru's Katachi is the first one I thought of (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RpLBR38kVvY)
I'd also toss in Aesop Rock's Rings video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npcGql9Ir6Y) as it's a great video and one of my favorite songs
Bonus not-quite-a-music-video: this recording of a dance from Anne Keersmaeker set to Steve Reich's Violin Phase is worth your time (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-9u-yYN0BM)
i can never decide favorites for things like these but the one that comes to mind is this one. (uhh cw like, blood, torture, drug addiction...)

https://youtu.be/7hBf9Fxsg6M Raise Y_our Glass, by Huh Yunjin of LE SSERAFIM. Written by her, makes me tear up most times I listen to it.
https://youtu.be/pCbPwpcgUbM Untie, by VIVIZ. Just genuinely an incredible experience.
https://youtu.be/pSUydWEqKwE immediately followed by https://youtu.be/V37TaRdVUQY Ditto, Side A and B, by NewJeans. Now this one especially makes me cry every time. The two MVs are the same song, but tell a story between them.
There is this theory of the Möbius. A twist in the fabric of space where time becomes a loop from which there is no escape.
