Whoops, looks like there's no NAZF here.

Have you tried the links below? :)

Tumblr

Pillowfort

Mastodon

Bluesky

While part of me is sad to see this place go and not get the chance to see if policies ended up changing for the better, it is what it is, I guess. 🤷‍♀️

Also kinda ironic that the first place I post at in months is the site I mostly abandoned. :/

Anyway, here's (again) where to find me:

Tumblr (art, galore!)
Pillowfort (ditto to the above)
Mastodon (not much on here yet)
Bluesky (not much on here yet)
Cara (nothing on here yet)
Deviantart (more of an archive now)

Also, make sure back up your posts and get contact info.

Edit: grammatical error.

You probably don't need it, but just in case: I made a page of tips for getting the best out of PF here if that'd be useful?

https://www.pillowfort.social/posts/3459763

It has links to pages with link-lists for the active communities here, and other resources?

There's also a community plugin called Tassel that might be useful to folks from cohost: https://www.pillowfort.social/posts/5281123

It lets you do things like hide whatever numbers you want, collapse NSFW posts, and carry over tags when resharing.

And here's one of the (several?) communities set up by folks from cohost: https://www.pillowfort.social/community/The%20Cohost%20Eggbug%20Memorial)

Generally I'm happy to answer questions as best I can?

Hah, yeah.

I research social media and know how much relocating sucks and exhausts people, particularly with deadlines like this. Trying to simplify things where it might be helpful seemed like an idea?

Definitely helpful, but thankfully I've never had to move much. Honestly, all the other sites I'm on right now I was/will be testing the waters with, the exceptions being here and DA (my oldest account anywhere).

I will say in the end though, it's probably a good idea to look into tho old ways of things of people making/hosting their own sites (especially creatives) as a backup.
