I wonder if there's a word for that feeling of having friends on so many social media platforms that you can't keep them straight and begin to have the sense of having a group of friends without distinguishing them individually.

I have folks I talk to on twitter that I know from forums and discords - of this I am certain. But their Twitter handles are different so even though they're familiar to me, I don't remember who they actually are, and it's a bit late in the day to ask.

Social media is SO weird.
