This butt belongs to the Terror Of The Bird Feeder. He's been sitting on the birdseed pushing off every bird that even comes close to touching the feeder. Like the tiniest king of the hill game, but the hill is made of millet and sunflower seeds

i get sparrows who do that at my birdfeeders too! i love watching them bicker and push each other, they're such funny little guys.
