in my case this was because i had ehlers-danlos and didn't know it yet! fun
it's a condition where the body doesn't produce collagen correctly, thus messing up all your connective tissues
No pain flare ups in my feet/ankles/knees/hips/back/wrists/hands this morning, it's a good day
