i have developed leg pain that sometimes seems to be helped by cheeseburgers 🤔
ive narrowed it down to either iron deficiency anemia or protein deficiency, ive found some oils help too like soybean or olive oils, i think its inflammation, so anti-inflammatories help, but ultimately im pretty sure we're low on something
im glad you were able to find food that helped. i wonder if i have an iron problem because sometimes green vegetables make me feel better too. more tests to add to my list of tests to ask for when i can, soon 🫠
Greens dont help me much at all since that isnt heme iron its not readily available and you'll pass 90% of it
i'm kinda repulsed by just the concept of eating organs and other Weird Meat Parts and i only eat Basic Normal Meat, preferably burgers lol. but morcilla (blood sausage) is a thing that's traditional here in argentina
I can definitely understand that, but i can say that heart doesnt taste too much different, there is a metallic backnote but you can season around that with cumin~
