how do you let terrorists have one bomb every tens of miliseconds, across the globe? How are these being distributed, what chemical controls aren't here?
It looks like C4, how did this many plastic explosives get out on the global market?
For a world with 700,000 trained counter-terror shock troops and 700,000 well-trained mercenary terrorists, you'd think someone would say, wow, all of these bombs going off in rail yards and abandoned desert complexes is a huge problem, maybe we should do something about that.
i admit, it would be REALLY funny if the terrorists in that universe have gotten smart enough to print US-army metal-foil labels that just SAY C-4 on them, to try and make it seem like there's a leaky armory somewhere.
But, I suppose it's like we say in EVE Online:
Death is a learning experience.
Thats what i would do, distract them with inter-agency finger pointing while wiring up my next targets XD
