Dont expect us to know exactly whats in your mind or your triggers without having told us, triggers and whatnot are unique to you, no everyone is going to be able to guess them. Explicitly stating that something is triggering and shoukd have a warning is ok and you should do it.
Whats NOT ok is stating your trigger at people after the fact like its common knowledge and expecting them to prostrate themselves before you for stepping on toes they could not have known were there.
Its irresponsible to expect us to read your mind. its arrogant to assume your triggers are universal. Its petty to yell at someone who had no idea beforehand, and its unreasonable to think its ok to yell at someone over it without telling them it was a trigger first.
Again, if you see a trigger, just say so, suddenly taking punative language is not cool, dont do it.
