Noxulous

Bloodthirsty non-human creature.

  • it/its they/them (collectively)

I am an open book to the inquisitive, im reasonable and will answer any question, regardless of how forward or strange. Im a non-human non-person eldritch entity with strange values, strange priorities, and strange interests. I respond to Nox.

I like to write alot, if you like it and want to tip me anything you can send it via paypal.me/Noxulous

My discord is @noxulous do not be afraid to add and talk to me.

I am perpetually poor and would like to commission a thing that's been eating my mind for years.

We are Noxulous, Dark Algorithm, Evil and Sanguinarium Vitae Seraph of the indominable (all it/its)

@Evil-and-its-musings is where Evil tries to form a grand unified theory on what evil exactly is, separate from morality. Its a strange entity, you might like it.

30 year old nonhuman, masculine nullgender, tentatively bi with a heavy female/femme lean. Poly.

Some beautiful moss I saw in Silver Lake Park Bristol Twnshp PA. Love the bright green spore capsules and the way they hang down off of their little reddish stalks.

Side note that in Minecraft moss can be used to mine since applying bonemeal to it turns a lot of surrounding blocks into moss with plants on it, all of which can be composted into more bonemeal than you used on the moss to begin with. The moss won’t turn valuables into moss though, so you can just dig a huge cavern with it and collect all the goodies with almost no tool use.

Yep! I’m still learning but I know that when they put up these little stalks that’s the spores part of the cycle and that its considered the dominant phase. Also that the shape of the spore capsule is a good way to narrow down species for identification.

In Minecraft, no. In real life, apparently there are a few species which are technically edible if you process them enough but generally I would say no. Moss is prime real estate for all manner of microbes including tardigrades (aka moss pigs, Aka water bears) and definitely taste like dirt and old leaves even if you prep it right. Also, moss species are kinda hard to tell apart, more than fungi or regular plants IMO.
