I used fermented mushrooms and onions as well as my homemade sriracha in this shrimp and fish ramen, as well as authentic curry seasoning. The difference in flavor is beyomd reproach, its so much deeper and more satisfying, its revitalizing.

That is immense. I love blood cube in soup and sometimes toss some in ramen when we have any on hand, but that looks amazing
