its really the price =w=;;; I have huge anxiety abotu big purchases to the point wherre comissions for myself are maybe a twice yearly thing fhdusahfsd

I can afford it just, eugh fhdshafds my brain cant justify it

It doesn't hurt to be frugal, but don't go depriving yourself of joys. I can't stand big purchases either, but I like to weigh how much use I'll get out of them compared to the cost. And also if it's a purchase purely for pleasure, make sure it's money I can live without for the however long it would take to re-accumilate. That said, it might help ease your anxiety to talk to people who own the booties about considerations like durability. If it's a few hundred for something that will last you five or ten years, it's not expensive at all.

If youve got the money to throw around, i'd say it'd be worth it. spiked booties are a one time purchase which is good...

maybe just put a little bit of your pay that you know you don't need into a spiked booties fund and then make the purchase once that's full, or do spiked booties themed commissions for it, etc~
