sorta like a tired face? maybe with a hint of embarassment

For me it's like!!! It looks like a cat that like, its eyes are closed, and it's doing the kittycat smile, but its got eyebags and stuff!! Right?? So it's like!! It's all like!! Tired sleepy!!!
It could be tired sleepy! Or just tired! or perhaps even like annoyed???
It can portray a lot of things but I think overall it's just some kind of exhaustion but like the exact kind of exhaustion like!! Depends on the context!!!
