Hm.... I'm going to have to go with "The ability to know the positions / names of already-discovered celestial bodies at will." That feels sufficiently "useless" while still being pretty cool.

If I'm allowed to go with "marginally useful", it'd be "knowing where the fuck I left my stuff". Whatever it is, it's in my house somewhere but also it's lost forever.
