the David episode is just as fucked up as i had hoped. i was physically ill repeatedly. they did a great job adapting it. absolutely horrendous.
the way they integrated Tulip Olsen (LISTEN I CAN'T REMEMBER THE ACTOR'S NAME) (EDIT: her name is Ashley Johnson shame on me for not remembering her name) into the last episode was brilliant. what a fascinating way to explain her immunity. it makes perfect sense and is so completely unethical to replicate.
i loved the HBO adaptation. i still don't respect Neil Druckmann in the slightest.
