completely ran out of leve allowances while grinding up BLU and doing the ARR Relics. oops.
i think i'm gonna have to drop to one book a day, then save doing BLU grinds for when i have enough allowances to do the next batch of leves since that's my main exp source.
i know there might be "better" ways to grind BLU levels but i do also need to get the leves done at least once for my checklist.
