Nothing particularly interesting to show today. I spent a bunch of time reworking the codebase and organization to better match Godot's recommended code and node structure and conventions. Just trying to make sure before I get to anything too complicated that I'm working with what is considered "best practice" for the engine. As part of this I ended up rewriting most of the state machine code.
This also set things up well for working on treasures! That's next! I promise!
