I think I'm gonna start diaryposting, just cause. It'll be nice to just put thoughts down. Not even every day, just when I feel like it.
Today was one of those days where I felt very productive. I didn't quite get done with everything I wanted to, but it's also not entirely reasonable to expect me to have? Given the heatwave we're suffering through (high of 87F), the lack of AC in the new house (until August 2nd/3rd), and the fact that I don't have my room set up and am waiting on my new desk, it's perfectly understandable I'm not at full functioning yet.
My room has a habit of sticking at 90F for a looooooong time after the outdoors begins cooling down, even if I open the windows in the evening and set a crossbreeze going from the north window to the west. My PS5 is undoubtedly contributing to that a lot.
New desk comes in tomorrow at least! Which means I can start getting EVERYTHING set up in my room! Huzzah!
Last night I spent way too much time getting my Majestic Manderville relic weapon. Not.... doing that again tonight. I did get the next (second-to-last) stage of my Dragoon ARR Relic done today, as well as another book done for my Ninja ARR Relic! Two more books for the Ninja ARR Relic til that step is done, and that's all I intend to get done this week for FFXIV grinding.
I miss having my full desktop :(
Gotta make a walk back to my old apartment real quick to grab a few things, take out my trash, then shower and bed.
I kinda want to ramble about my philosophy of "fuck canon", but I'll save that for another time maybe.
