Changed how my fans are set up. I now have the west side window open with a fan blowing air in, and the north side window open with a fan blowing air out. The wind patterns here have wind coming from the west, so the fans are working with the natural cross breeze. This seems to be doing a good job of cooling my room quickly, though it is likely suboptimal given the windows are fairly close to each other and on adjacent walls rather than opposite walls. Then again, maybe the 90 degree turn the air needs to take creates the necessary turbulence to actually influence all of the air in the room in the cross breeze.
