Back from my trip to Burbank today! I had a blast, it was great to meet everyone else in person, and we did so much fun stuff. Round1 arcade, an Escape Room, touring the studio...
As much fun as it was, wow am I tired. Haven't been on a plane in 18 years and hahah i think i hate planes. Got the good ol' "you're trans" TSA pat down, but thankfully it seems they got quite a bit of training on how to do that respectfully? They still should definitely fix those scanners to not detect trans people as "anomalies"...
I am almost entirely unpacked at this point, just need to put the dirty clothes with the dirty clothes and clean clothes back in the closet. Then sleep. Many good sleeps. I scheduled tomorrow to be a "catch up" day because oh my GOD am I behind on stuff.
The FFXIV 7.0 keynote was great! I am... very skeptical at best of the plot being basically El Dorado, but Tural itself looks very cool and I HOPE it is handled well. FF16... does not inspire confidence in that regard from everything I've heard. I do love the double-dye on glams, the graphics update, Raha getting his Big Fat Tacos, and yes, I am also excited for the Fall Guys mode in the Gold Saucer despite not really being interested in trying Fall Guys.
Anyways I'm gonna watch a few more YouTube videos trying to catch up then go C R A S H
