Did a run of Toto Rak.
Tank never once used an AOE, leaving me to tank the trash mobs as MCH
Me: "Tank, use AOE pls"
NIN: "I don't have an AOE at this level"
Tank still did not use AOEs
What a mess.......

Toto-Rak is definitely the Awkward Tanking Dungeon. Not a lot of abilities, maybe not even knowing the abilities you have, pulling too big and dying, … it’s not an awesome time.
yeah it's certainly not optimal... but Tanks get their AOE at lv 10. to not use it at all in a lv 24 dungeon is... a bit much!
Yeah a lot of new tanks seem clueless about their AoEs, and the paramount importance of taking and keeping aggro on all enemies. It’s unfortunate, and I kinda feel like Hall of the Novice should be required on a player’s role before anyone is allowed to queue for a dungeon for the first time on that role. HotN at least requires tanks to use their AoE…
