to everyone:
if you already have an RX, you can get it via telehealth until next year, even with dose changes or med changes.
if you don't, and you need one because you're investigating ADHD: talk to your psych, and try and get an rx early even if just low dose. So you can do it an extra year.
but otherwise nothing's changed -- it still sucks as much as it did in 2019, but: even in 2019 my prescriber just e-filed them and only had to meet with me in-person every 3 months.
and often if you have a nearby psych who can talk to your normal psych, they can meet that requirement without extra hoops.
