If I didn't go for a week, I suspect I'd have a lot saved up by the end. ;) Which is to say, that's how it happens for me sometimes, though if I went a week I'd be concerned.

it is Very Visible when my bowels have decided to take a vacation. i get bloated. like... SIGNIFICANTLY larger in the stomach area. measurable in inches in the radial direction.
ouchies ;-; I get bad bloating sometimes because I have a busted valve in my throat so I swallow a lot of air, and it suuuucks.
