wish more people would acknowledge that you can like and defend something while also understanding that it has flaws and wishing it were better
not fully happy with how many people i see acting like "liking and defending something" = "believing it is flawless and immune to criticism"
also not fully happy with how many people i see acting like "if something is imperfect or bad, it must be due to active malicious intent rather than people and/or circumstances being imperfect"
