i hate that food is my #1 meltdown trigger
it makes sense why (i was not taught how to cook, am insecure in general, am REALLY insecure about food waste, am dyspraxic which makes cooking hard, low blood sugar fucks with mood in general, it's a necessity so i can't reasonably avoid it in a healthy and affordable manner, etc etc)
but i hate that it's my #1 meltdown trigger
