I am up to half of my protein sources being non-meat! At least for lunches and dinners.
This puts me at... 1/3 vegetarian I think? I saw someone discussing measuring not "I eat meat or I dont" but instead what proportion of meals feature meat or don't. A more useful metric for gradually weaning off meat, or at least bringing it down to a more reasonable and sustainable amount.
Fwiw I try to limit the meat I eat per meal that features it to no more than 3-4oz. Which is the standard serving size but it seems like most people go way over that?
