if you've tested positive for covid, the best thing to do to make sure you have a speedy recovery is to literally not do anything at all, don't think, don't work if you're able, don't exert yourself, spend time outside but don't walk too far
it should be Boring to be sick with covid because anything you do while you're sick is going to be harder to do once you feel better
