I need to resign my lease. Current lease ends June 30th. Landlord wants me to have a cosigner. My parents are refusing to cosign a lease for me if it has me living in Corvallis. They're not wrong, the job market in Corvallis has sucked terribly for me. But... that means I need to find a place to live, sign a lease, and move within the next 4 weeks, all without having a job or the ability to drive because I am disabled and cannot drive.

They are willing to cosign a lease in e.g. Portland for me, but they are only willing to pay 2 months rent. There's nothing in Portland I could afford on a minimum wage full time income assuming I could even get that, and if I get roommates and fail to get a job in time (which seems likely) then not only am i screwed but my roommates are as well.

I don't know what to do

talk to a tenants union, landlords will pressure you into signing a new lease but at least here in washington they cannot force you and you can just be month to month

Unfortunately this situation is a little more complicated. The lease is for the entire house, and it's signed to a group. Half the people on the lease are moving out, one person other than me is staying and will be signing onto the new lease. I don't know if a tenants union will be able to help with that. Especially since we'll also need to get the now empty rooms filled.

I guess it can't hurt looking into it... but I need to move anyways just because there are no jobs in this town. Not even retail or fast food is hiring.
