ok but like
honest question
i cannot drive cars for reasons that are nobody's business.
i likely can drive motorcycles just fine, subject to, y'know, taking the MSF course.
under Utah state law, is there any way i can get licensed for motorcycles without needing to be able to drive a car?
because Utah has no motorcycle license, only a motorcycle endorsement that is added to a driver's license.
so it seems... impossible. but that's completely ridiculous. that cannot possibly be the case. am i missing something? some option to get.... even like a restricted license w/ motorcycle endorsement that allows me to drive a motorcycle but not a car?
cause it sounds like you need the motorcycle endorsement even for e-bikes here. so if i can't drive a car but can ride a bike and would like an e-bike to make commuting easier.... is it really functionally illegal to not be able to drive a car????????
i have no idea what to tag this with
update: i was slightly mistaken. e-bikes don't require the motorcycle endorsement. they do, however, require a driver's license for a car. what the fuck
