Thinking about how management with decades of experience will redo how compensation and performance reviews are done to match their last job or whatever FAANG company they're hot on is doing.

And then 6 months later will be clueless as to why project planning has gone off the rails because they have never seriously thought about employees as anything but resources and don't understand how incentives change how people behave.
