Earlier this week the Centre for Effective Altruism announced a partnership with Phillips to create the "Effective Altrusim CPAP", a CPAP machine that analyzes the chemical composition of your exhalations during REM sleep and feeds the data to an LLM that advises you on the most effective way to spend your next day.
