Lars lives in a yurt near a rose farm he used to own, wrote code that is currently running on satellites in orbit, ran away from home after his parents found out he was gay, survived the AIDS epidemic, helped write the Firefox crash ingestion and processing system, is currently battling cancer, and makes some of the most amazing maze art in the world. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have met him and his blog posts are among the best pieces of writing I've ever read.
