In Vice: Project Doom you can duck (not a dash or separate move, just regular holding down while moving) while moving (though attacking while ducking will lock you in place) and while I'm sure I must have seen this at least once before I can't think of another game that does this.

You can walk while crouched in Metal Slug too.
Also, Vice: Project Doom is awesome. It's like Ninja Gaiden, but better, and it has the driving/shooter levels.
By my quickest check (Metal Slug X on PSX) you can crouch walk but I'm talking about basically entering a "crouched" state so far as things like hitboxes are concerned without it affecting your movement speed.
I don't remember this feature that well in Vice. Gotta try it again. 😎
