I haven't tried with CoHost, so maybe not here yet, but websites like IFTTT or Zapier can do that ! Typically I have it setup for when something posts on Twitter to send it everywhere else since Twitter has the character limit. But realistically you're looking for a program that can work with websites APIs. I'm not sure if Cohost has released an API though, so that might not be a thing yet.

There are also paid programs which specialize in just crossposting content like Hootsuite (https://www.hootsuite.com/).

Though, looking at hootsuite, they seem to only be geared towards businesses and not like, personal use. There are apparently alternatives though: https://bloggingwizard.com/hootsuite-alternatives/

I have seen that people have written unoffical clients for CoHost in JS and Python, so someone has figured out something I guess, but if I start building something myself I'll probably just never finish it.

IFTTT doesn't have CoHost integration yet, but that would probably be easiest, yeah. I'll definitely check those Hootsuite alternatives as well, thanks for the link!
