Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Persona 3 portable came in the mail today! I'm very hyped to play ttt2 tonight cause it works with my tatsunoko stick. Speaking of, I wish Jaycee would make a return even if it's just as a costume. It'd be so rad.

Hey, I think there's a bug in your picture. One of those boxed games look like a Wii U game, and we all know those don't exist.
It's crazy to me, but I live an hour away from Limited Run's home office and warehouse, yet I have not received my copy of P3P. It's said to show up Friday, but seriously, what in the actual fuck?
They use DHL and shit just sits there for a week or more before actually moving. I got Cannon Dancer yesterday, from fucking Germany (Strictly Limited), quicker then LR!? It's bonkers to me, lol.
Anyway, nice haul!
A different order (I ordered P3 and 4 together so it will take longer) but I've had an order that still says in production made of two now shipping products (Anodyne 2 and The Good Life) for several weeks now.
Last time this happened I contacted them and they said everything was normal and it was warehouse logistics and sent it a few days later, but I wonder if me writing didn't speed up the process.
Also I bought a thing on their recent NY sale (just before stuff went to s#!t) and got it already, it was shipped super quick, while that other now shipping order was still in production ...
I order games individually because of the "ship together" stuff. I ordered this (P3P) and many others, individually because I understand they'll ship orders complete, but once again, this has nothing to do with that.
Also, the "in production" means nothing unless you've ordered a collectors edition, or whatever...at least from Limited Run.
Once again, multiple games that Ive ordered, that I've also received, still haven't shipped their "collectors editions".
There are games that I've received, over a year ago, that are still "in production", even now, on the Limited Run website, after I've received the "standard edition".
Obviously those (collectors editions) should take a bit longer, but I'm only talking about standard editions.
Point is, there's no real reason why I wait longer, especially considering how freaking close I am. They could literally put it in a standard mailbox and flip up the outgoing flag, and the USPS would deliver in a couple days. It's kind of insane. Maybe DHL is just terrible where I live, but it's also where Limited Run is!? So WTF!? There really isn't a good a excuse from them.
It is what it is, but I've yet to hear ANY real excuse for their BS!
Shipping is pretty expensive to Europe so I bundle the games when I can. I don't think I've ever ordered anything collector's/special, aside from that thing I got on sale (Scott Pilgrim in the SNES box).
Is their physical store close-ish to you as well ? I think someone was saying so over on qtoid.
I'd love to go there someday, LRG without the shipping and extra taxes and website bullshit is a pretty sweet idea. XD
I haven't been to their store, but yeah an hour and a half tops from where I live. I no longer drive, so I doubt I'll be going any time soon.
The store doesn't sell the preorder, numbered games though (as far as I know at least). Other than regular retail games it's just novelty stuff and the games they are helping publish that are available on Amazon.
Oh. That's a let-down.
Then again whether it's numbered or distro costs the same to import (even through f-ing amzn) so it's not bad either.
When they did the grand opening they had a lot of the "limited" stuff to get people to show up, but it's mostly just a big retail game store from what I've heard. I didn't get to the grand opening but I doubt they had copies of Shante the Pirates Curse (goes for $400 on Switch) in store for example.
It's available digitally on ps3 and Xbox series. It's also relatively cheap physically.
That's one of the Wii U games that I still need to track down, it looks like its a lot of fun.
It is. I can't believe I sold it before. It has more content and modes than the ps3/xbox360 version.
