THE FUTURE IS YOURS!

Just seeing a blob about a glob

After buying from my local game shop and ebay, I managed to get myself a good variety of games and three controllers in great condition. I have Knights of the old republic 1 and 2, as well as Jade Empire on the way. After that, I am done purchasing xbox related items for now. I am currently waiting on a USB drive so I can try to connect to insignia, a network designed to replace xbox live so I can play og xbox games online again. Can't wait!

I tried out crimson skies for a bit and it's very arcadey. I like it! Though my current con is that any tokens you pick up before you die are gone and I have to pick em up again. And yes! It is a Sega GT/JSRF double pack! And it was Flippin $15 at the local game store.

I have and beaten it. It was my cousins and we finished it together. I thought it was fantastic back then. It was dark and creepy. Having to use the flashlight because of how dark it was really intensified the atmosphere. I enjoyed the variety of weapons, but the shotgun was disappointing to me. I enjoyed the classic Listening to logs left by the staff to gather context trope. I didn't like how enemies just pop out of corners ambushing you. I couldn't avoid any damage most of the time because of that. It felt cheap.
Although I do prefer the faster pacing of the other Doom games, Doom 3 is worthy of being in the franchise. I never played the expansion though.

Sadly most editions of Doom 3 removed the flashlight and kinda ruined the game doing so.

I'm pretty sure the Xbox version has the old flashlight mechanics so you should be in for a good time.

That's pretty neat !
I have to try one of the PGA tour games myself someday.
I remember hearing that there was a pretty great Buffy the Vampire Slayer on XBOX too, I'd go for that.
