There are super fans for every Robin. And they are all the worst in their own special, annoying way.
Dick Grayson fans: Somehow love the character despite seemingly hating every writer who has ever touched the character. Hate his love interests. Hate the jokes around him. Hate when he's being dark and broody. Hate when he's having fun. They do not like it Sam I Am.
Jason Todd fans: You know those white girls who get way too into true crime and serial killers? This is THEIR robin. I will grant that they do suffer terribly because DC keeps flipping the character between troubled member of the Bat-Fam and their take on the Punisher and refuse to commit. But they also refuse to be normal for like a minute about this dude.
Tim Drake: This is a character DC hasn't known what to do with for decades. But Jesus Christ the fans will tell you their ideas. I don't wanna be too mean because they really are just sports fans cheering for a home team that gets knocked out every time. However, the funniest joke DC has ever pulled was finally making him queer and then putting him some random dude rather than the guy he's been shipped with his whole career.
Stephanie Brown: Not annoying at all. You have exquisite taste.... In Batgirls. Let's be real, no one is here for her tenure as Robin, they just demand it's validated.
Damian Wayne: I haven't seen a 13 year old this exoticised or sexualized since HxH... Nah, let's be real. Since My Hero Academia. It is still fun to say the words "Super Sons" into a chat with them and see a reaction like you tossed a live grenade in the room.
