I don't know why I do this here and not elsewhere, but something I keep finding myself doing on cohost is pausing before posting. I'm fairly conversational here and will just fire off my mouth like I do with friends on discord or on a voice call. But frequently I will write up an article or response and read it and go... nah I'm good actually and just delete it.
