It's a fried hot dog on a stick. An american classic, if you couldn't guess. However, it's prepared in a way that it's more like hot dog tempura than something like fried chicken.
Just imagining a corndog king, sticks all tangled together in a mess, the little screams from encased mystery meat begging to be eaten.
