We've hit Blackwatch Plaid

A human shaped carafe of crazy.

...I could hate reddit more... but... I can. After the break.

Won a contest in a giveaway sub. It was a win a game off your wishlist dealio. Was super hyped as I rarely win stuff, and bc (as some of you know) I've been pining for Rift Wizard. Well, it was all bs. Person tried to collect way too much info from me, then blocked me on reddit and discord when I called em out for it. Lovely. A tiny nut punch, but it's been a week of tiny nut punches. They ache now. Also, got another 5 days off work bc still covid positive. More Path of Achra and stir craziness it is (sorry for all the screens, steam friends).

Redditors suck, man. Had too many issues on Reddit with the most benign, inconsequential posts or comments.

I think my last thing ever was a true solution I posted on the first Google search result about Winpinator which is (or was) a popular way to wirelessly send stuff to and from a Steam Deck via PC. I still get replies thanking me a year later, but even that post had a reply with someone incorrecting me. (Incorrectly correcting)

I think the long-timer Dtoid squad are the only internet folks I've ever actually trusted.

Agreed. Been on reddit for decades now, and it really is just a hive of scum and villianry. This one just sucked, as I've given away a ton of shit on that sub. Never thought people would find a way to make giveaways there into a scam, but should've known better.

Yeah, once they wanted more than my email and steam name, alarms went off big time. I've done thousands of giveaways at this point (both on dtoid and reddit), so I know what all you need to do something like this. I'll never understand scammers. Such a shitty way to come up, and so small and mean. Takes a special kinda shitbag.
