Vixen. Genie. Vixdjinn!

Hi! I'm Phorm, and I'm a Vixdjinn!

A Friendly Vixdjinn Says Hello!

I'm a genie girl, who really likes being a genie, and really likes everything about genies (really)! I'm a bit confused, lost, and trying to find my way, but I always enjoy interacting with folks here. (Trans🏳️‍⚧️, occasionally NSFW, Be 18+ or please be gone.)

The near complete fragmenting of social media has caused scattering of friends, and untold tribalism, in a way I never really could have expected.

For someone who already feels like she has no home, no place, no group, it's not exactly a great feeling. But I suppose it continues to reinforce my "The more you shut up, the better things are" policy.

in reply to @PhormTheGenie's post:

I mean, I get it actually. Belonging is important. Having a place is important. Recognizing other members of your group and feeling a bond with them is important.

I'm just this infinite outsider, so to me, no matter how much I want those things, no matter where I try to find them, I never can.

So it seems really weird to me when people get worked up to the point of anger over it. Makes me want to say, "Try being alone forever, discarded always, and belonging never - then your choice of social media platform will feel less significant."
