I don't think I understand CoHost or Tumblr, and honestly that makes me feel pretty alone and sad.

Hi! I'm Phorm, and I'm a Vixdjinn!

I'm a genie girl, who really likes being a genie, and really likes everything about genies (really)! I'm a bit confused, lost, and trying to find my way, but I always enjoy interacting with folks here. (Trans🏳️⚧️, occasionally NSFW, Be 18+ or please be gone.)

It's taken me some time to figure out cohost after I joined back in late September (and understanding it is still a work-in-progress on my end tbh, lol), and it took me a while to figure out tumblr as well when I joined many years ago. I think at least for tumblr it came down to setting time toward posting stuff anyway, seeing if things gel together and find an audience, then (hopefully) finding a spot that works for you where you can build and branch out from. it takes a little love and time to set up roots.
Either way, I hope either one pans out better for you in time, and/or you can find a spot that works best for you! there's a lot of folks who are in the same situation right now with looking for new spaces to hang out online, so you're not alone.
Thank you so much for the advice and the heartfelt perspective <3 I really do appreciate it. It feels rougher than I would have anticipated right now, so every little bit helps, sincerely. I struggle with this as I don't really, well, DO much - But I certainly do enjoy the spaces and what everyone else is doing!
On that note, I am really in love with what you've been sharing recently!! Thank you for sharing it, and wonderful work!
You're welcome, glad it helps! Yeah, looking back at what I said I guess I'm coming at this from an artist's angle of constantly pushing stuff out there, haha. but taking the time to chat with people, figure out where folks are going and generally interacting with the site are still good places to start, I think!
And thank you so much for the compliments!! I only started sharing my nsfw art publicly a couple months ago so I'm still figuring things out, but I'm really happy to see cohost suddenly became the busiest & most positive place yet for this side of my work. It's nice. :D
