Absolutely it is! My bottle is 100% based on Jeannie's bottle. Even my real-life bottle is made from a Jim Bean whiskey decanter - The same thing they used to make the bottle on the show itself!
I have done a bit of the research and there are four genie Pokemon legendaries, so that's something - but none really speaks to me (Enamorus is nice but not quite "it")
