You can probably get away with just the 18+ tick honestly. That's what I do!
I usually tag it yiff too in my case :3
I always want to be sure the tags are as detailed as possible, since I know people mute tags that they dislike, and that gets pretty granular.
But arguably the +18 is the most important one. I just find it the easiest to overlook, which is entirely a me problem.
