While the game itself is honestly WAAAAAAY too fast paced for me to keep up with, the sheer amazing style of it all kinda makes me wanna get it anyways. They did amazingly well with making everything look so delightfully 90s anime.
I completely agree. I'm absolutely in love with the style!! They captures a great amalgam of influences and fused them into something unique that really works.
It's a hell of a rush, and it gets wicked difficult early on if you keep things at the "Intended" difficulty. However! They do have an option to completely turn off the timer and play it like a normal FPS if you wish. Actually, they have like seven different levels of difficulty, so that anyone can engage with the game comfortably. I'm impressed they included that!
Certainly glad for the ability to turn off the timer. Makes things easier for sure.
I swear this whole game just looks like the bastard child of gal force and bubblegum crisis
