Like, for example, do they walk everywhere? Do they fly? What kind of bike do they ride? What's their usual driving route to work? What does their wheelchair look like? Do they have a preferred type of metro rolling stock for their daily commute? What kind of teleportation spell do they use?
Phorm: Canonically speaking, Phorm's not going anywhere. She's effectively stuck in her bottle for the foreseeable future - Though the fact that she can use her limitless magic for herself while in there makes that a pretty easy experience. If, in the future, someone were to find her bottle and release her, she'd be limited to sticking close to her mistress/mastress/etc., and only traveling with her bottle. So her travel options are very limited, unless there's a wish otherwise.
Teff: Whatever she wants.
Her magic allows her plenty of leeway to do anything. She can conjure any vehicle of any variety, of course. However, she typically only does this when she wants to make a public splash upon arrival at her destination. Otherwise she'll just teleport wherever she wants to be.
Teleportation does spend a lot of mystic energy, though. When she does this, she's temporarily folding space to make the two ends meet, and that's quite an exertion. As such, if there's a location she travels to often, Teff will invest a considerable amount of essence into establishing what amounts to a static portal to link the destination to her personal lair. This kind of portal burrows into an underlying layer of reality to connect the two points more permanently. Teff does not fully understand that layer of reality, and doesn't spend a lot of time there.
Given the way it makes her feel, she prefers not to.
Teff can also just, well, move in particularly rapid ways when she needs to. She can run as fast as she needs to. She can turn to mist and fly on the wind. She can melt into liquid, and move as a stream or puddle of white goo. So long as she's got the energy reserves and the imagination, she can do it.
(Though moving as a puddle is one of her favorites, even if it isn't practical)
Vect: Takes the bus. Takes the train. Takes the subway. Walks. Uses the banged-up old light-blue 10-speed Schwinn that Transgressions keeps around as a communal bike. Bums rides with her friends constantly.
Though Vect does have a personal vehicle. An old, slightly-out-of-repair sportbike that she keeps in a garage attached to the bar. She loves riding it, but she'll only really get it out when she needs to travel long distances, or else it is an emergency. She fears that it makes her too conspicuous, and the last thing she wants to do is make herself easier to track.
Vect does have one final option for transportation. A sort of nuclear option. She will only call this one in under dire circumstances - When she needs immediate evacuation from a hostile conflict. While it is fast, it is also dangerous, unpredictable, and both she and Kayte find it hellishly terrifying to use. She therefore calls upon it as infrequently as possible.
(The story will get there eventually...)
