I've long since sworn off MtG, ever since Wizards of the Coast sent the literal Pinkertons after a guy because of their own shipping mistake.
So it is super not fair that the upcoming set is both adorable and awesome, a callback to the Redwall books, and deeply furry.
This highlights the fact that WotC is a company that makes shitty business decisions, but employs a ton of passionate, wonderfully creative people who are entirely detached from that realm of business.
I mean, Jace as a fox? Lilly as a necromancer squirrel?! Tamiyo as a bunny??? And shut up, Ral as an OTTER?!? That's too good. That's too good!!
