River Town (Air Race Championship [1999])

Now you know why I didn’t choose any Sonic CD or Sonic the Fighters tracks; this one fulfills the attributes of both of their soundtracks quite nicely. You’ve got the House-alike Piano, nicely placed samples, sped-up Horns, and even the small Drums to thank for this energetic track! My favorite parts are whenever the track goes a little less upbeat with that Acoustic Guitar, the instrumentation gets so rich there! There’s some other instruments to mention, but I feel like you already got the point by now.
